‘DTF” Direct To Film T-Shirt Printing – Our newest process for orders of 24 and up.
DTF or Direct To Film is a technique involves printing your design directly onto a film and then transferring it to a T-shirt made of cotton, polyester, or their blends, regardless of their color, as it can work with white ink. Takes 5-7 days for most orders with a Ready to Print Graphic. Advantages include lower pricing than Silkscreen due to no screen charges and can do full color that can stretch with the material used. We print your image onto Film then Heat Press your image on the garment. We can do Hats and Hoodies too! Super fine detail and vibrant colors with longevity for multiple washings.
“VHT” Vinyl Heat Transfer – 24-48 hour turnaround in most cases. Must be able to weed / pick design, simple lettering or Logos only.
VINYL HEAT TRANSFER PRINTING – We can take your vector image or text and output on our Graphtec vinyl cutter and heat transfer on our press for stunning T-Shirts as fast as 24 hours! This process is good for up to 24 shirts and we can do as few as ONE SHIRT in One or Two Color Vinyl. We stock many colors of vinyl and can do a single color, two color, Glitter and Metalics on shirts, bags, aprons and other cotton and polyester surfaces. We also print on safety vests and shirts on high visibility green and orange material. For a sample of what we can do see videos at the bottom of this page.
SILKSCREEN: We partner with a LOCAL Silkscreen T-Shirt Printer in San Diego who has been in the business over 25 years for runs over 4 dozen. Designs are unlimited and can print your Hoodies, T-Shirts, Sweatshirts, bags and more in around 10-14 business days after proof has been signed off. Printed right here in San Diego CALIFORNIA, not China!
